Here they are, our Greek pizzas we had for dinner inspired by the Greek pitas Jon and Joy (my parents) gave us. Slather some basil pesto on those pitas... then a little more... a thin layer of sliced zucchini, sloppily chopped kalamata olives...
don't forget the sauteed spinach and garlic, fresh roma tomatoes, (on one of the two pizzas we put some chopped nitrite and hormone free chicken/apple sausage--definitely could go without it)
in process...
a little grated Parmesan to top it off...
of course, LOTS of feta. Voila! The finished product...
going into the oven...
... and the rest is history! We would have taken pictures but we were hungry and before we knew it, there wasn't anything to take pictures of!
